How to convert cups and tablespoons to grams?

Converting between volume measures (cups, tablespoons) and weight (grams) depends on the ingredient, since each one has a different density. For example, 1 cup of wheat flour equals ~119g, while 1 cup of white sugar equals ~196g.

UnitChef calculates all values based on the real density of each ingredient, using the Brazilian xícara de chá of 240ml and the US cup of 236ml. All values are for level (unsifted) measures.
